Key Responsibility Area:-
Operational / Commercial Management
- Responsible for Bidding & Tender
- To understand the project specifications scope.
- Adhering tight delivery timelines
- Holding weekly internal and external meetings on progress.
- Responsible for the change management/ problem management.
- Understanding contract obligations
- Managing Budgets & Proposals
- Prepares reports, analysis and forecasts and re forecasting of Budget on monthly basis including actual cost and estimate to complete the project.
- Organize and intensify efficiency support services by ameliorating functions and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions.
- Managing staff to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed time frames.
- Supervise overall planning systems, financial management and sales.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit and Mindset which enable leadership role.
- Provide technical leadership to team members, build & mentor strong, efficient and productive team
